Due to the nature of topic video courses, a refund for a topic video can only be made if the video has not been watched, and you are responsible for emailing us [email protected] within 2 hours of the purchase.


For certification video courses, a refund can be issued within 24 hours of the purchase by emailing [email protected]. If the wrong video series was purchased, please email us immediately at [email protected] for a refund.


Registrants can withdraw from the live training class at least two business days (48 Hours) before the official start date of a Live Course. In such an event, a full refund will be issued without penalty. KWT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live class due to Instructor Illness, or natural disasters local to the instructor (I.E., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In such circumstances, the attendees will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

If, upon completion of the first day of a live class, you are not satisfied with the class and wish to withdraw for this reason, please do the following: notify the instructor, email us at [email protected], return all course materials to the instructor (if applicable) before the start of the next class session to receive a 100 percent refund, less a $35 withdrawal fee. This guarantee will only apply if the student completes the first full day of class and has signed the class roster. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal, or the student will be charged 50% of the total cost of the class. Refunds will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than one day’s session. 


By starting your KWT subscription, you expressly agree that KWT is authorized to charge you a subscription/membership fee at the current published rate. By subscribing or purchasing a subscription extension you, authorize KWT to charge your payment method now and again at the beginning of each subsequent renewal period. All subscriptions renew automatically using the payment information you have provided for your account, including periodic credit card updates. When you purchase KWT monthly credits or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that KWT is authorized to use the payment information provided for the renewal fee and process the fee automatically on your renewal date. 

Your subscription to any KWT subscription type will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel your renewal prior to the end of the said term. You must cancel your subscription renewal twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled renewal date to avoid auto-renewal and the associated renewal fee. To cancel your subscription renewal, login to your account at kwt.us/community and from your profile select, ‘billing’, located in the menu on the left of the screen. On the Subscription tab and underneath the subscription listing click ,the link embedded in ‘Please click here to manage your subscriptions’. On your subscription page, click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button and, the auto-renewal will be canceled. To cancel your subscription renewal via email, contact [email protected] with at least forty-eight (48) business hours advance notice before your automatic renewal date. 


All KWT credit and subscription fees must be paid via credit card, PayPal, or Affirm. Acceptance of any alternate forms of payment for any KWT credits and subscriptions are at the sole discretion of KWT. Discounts and other promotional offers may only be valid for the initial term. Special terms may apply to discounted or promotional KWT credits and subscriptions. See the specific offer for further details. KWT may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided that KWT provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription. KWT may terminate the subscription and these Terms if unable to renew the subscription due to any issue with credit card processing, including but not limited to inaccurate or outdated credit card information. 

All KWT credit and subscription fees are final and non-refundable. The KWT Training Passes are a subscription service that will renew at the end of each term automatically. Subscription renewal fees for one-year (yearly) plans are eligible for refund up to fourteen (14) days after your KWT subscription renews, providing your account has not been in use since the renewal date. Requests for refund must be received via email to [email protected]. Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by KWT. Subscription renewal fees for month-to-month (monthly) KWT subscriptions are eligible for a refund up to twenty-four (24) hours after your KWT subscription initial purchase or up to twenty-four (24) hours after a trial period expires. Consideration beyond the stated terms for refunding all or part of your KWT Subscription renewal fee is at the sole discretion of KWT. If a course is completed prior to the end of a trial-period, KWT reserves the right to require you to pay for a one-month subscription in order to receive Course credit and/or Certificate.
