Develop your skills in customizing Outlook to support your organization and to make more satisfied users.
What will you learn?
Organizations often run up against a feature or behavior of Outlook that doesn’t quite match their specific local requirements, but there is always the option to programmatically introduce this feature for your organization.
This Advanced Outlook Features course provides you with the skills to customize Microsoft Outlook using some very advanced techniques, including:
- Customized coding using VBA
- Creating User Forms
- Managing Add-Ins and APIs
- Interfacing with other programs
- And more
Each section includes guidance in understanding what functionality is available within Outlook and then progresses on to show how to use it with practical examples and suggestions.
While this course focuses on the most recent version Outlook 2019, most of the topics within the course are applicable and relatable to most other versions of Outlook (including 2013, 2016, and 365).
Not every feature or recommendation will be useful to everyone, but everyone should be able to come away from this course with at least one new process using customized MS Outlook functionality to improve the management of their day to day workload.
